Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account at mbi77. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed, with funds held pending investigation.
During registration, you are required to provide complete and accurate information, including your full name, phone number, and any necessary verification details. mbi77 will use this information for identity verification and financial transaction processing purposes.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential.
- Ensure that no other party has access to or uses your account.
- Notify mbi77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring that the device used to access the platform is secure and free from malicious software.
Mbi77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
All mbi77 users must comply with the following platform usage rules when accessing any of the services provided:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated software, bots, or other technical tools to manipulate the betting or gaming system is strictly prohibited.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in any improper manner, including creating multiple accounts to claim repeated benefits, is strictly prohibited.
- Threatening, insulting, or harassing customer support staff or other users is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
Any breach of these rules may result in immediate action, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, as well as forfeiture of the account balance, depending on the severity of the violation.
Mbi77 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action based on the findings.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the mbi77 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name and not that of a third party.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the selected payment method.
- Mbi77 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment service providers.
- Deposited funds may not be transferred to another user.
Withdrawal Terms

Account Suspension and Closure
Mbi77 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Activity suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse.
- Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
- Account closure requested by the user themselves.
In the event of closure due to a violation, mbi77 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending investigation. Any valid balance will be returned once the matter is resolved.
Mbi77 Liability Limits
Mbi77 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to technical disruptions, system failures, or betting outcomes. This platform is provided "as is" and mbi77 does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted at all times.
Intellectual Property
